Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JourniQ application and related services provided by Journiq for Artificial Intelligence Systems ("Journiq," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and comply with all laws that apply to you. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are used for unlawful or abusive purposes.

The Service

JourniQ helps travelers discover places, offers, and practical information, plan trips, use AI-assisted guidance, and access partner content. Features may change, be limited by region, or require sign-in.

Settling guides, AI responses, maps data, and third-party listings are provided for general information only. They are not legal, immigration, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping at scale without permission, uploading malware, harassing others, infringing intellectual property, posting unlawful content, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

Partner and admin users must provide accurate business information and comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and local business laws.

User content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Journiq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You are solely responsible for content you post.

Partner offers and third parties

Offers, experiences, and partner listings may be subject to separate terms with the offering business. Journiq does not guarantee availability, pricing, quality, or safety of third-party goods or services.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and curated content compiled by Journiq, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs, travel suggestions, or curated guides are accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journiq and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Journiq from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.

Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact email below. Where permitted, courts in Doha, Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes will be indicated by an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
